Umax PowerLook 1100
The PowerLook 1100 of Umax works with a maximum resolution of 1,200 x 2,400 ppi and a color depth of 42 availed. The scanner sees to only about a FireWire-interface. In spite of we find in the box a FireWire-cable, but no extra ticket for in the pc. The scanner consists in two variants: the Per-version is furnished with BinusScan PhotoPerfect, while the Prepress-executions accompanied goes by Silverfast (including kalibratiedocumenten) and Adobe Photoshop BORROW. In our tests, the PowerLook 1100 scores about the general moderate. The scankwaliteit is acceptable, but the other three scanners its simply a measure too large for this device, that is slowest in this class.
