Telenet buys UPC
Telenet becomes the new owner of its small rival, UPC Belgi. The take-over purchase do not comes completely unexpected, after UPC-owner Liberty Global single weeks ago its participation in Telenet drastically increased.
Telenet has for hundred per cent of the shares of UPC Belgi 187 million Euros in cash available.
