Mustek MDC-3000
The heart of the MDC-3000 is a Sony SuperHAD ccd-sensor that photographs fixes with a resolution of 1,600 x 1,200 or 800 x 600 pixels. The camera contain moreover Coach-interpolatiesoftware with which that resolution opgekrikt become can until 2,048 x 1,536 pixels.
The camera is fast also in state round 30 seconds video to lay with 20 frames per second in a resolution of 320 x 240 pixels. The F2.8-autofocuslens has a reach of 20 cm till infinity; there is no optical or digital edge. At the back of the camera, a 1,8-inch lcd-screen sit that slowly reacts very and is almost useless in sunlight.
For stream, four AA-batteries see to. The photographs are kept on a Type I CompactFlash-card; a card of 16 MB is meegeleverd. The camera is very simple to serve, also through the awful limited adjusted possibilities. The only buttons its the at/clipped, a menu button, a modusknop (recording/reproduction) and the ontspanner.
The usb-interface on the camera to use, had to use we source a twain-driver and the own software of Mustek. He who that do not does rather, can use a CF-card reader, so that the CF-card as a removabledisk in Windows appeared.
In our tests, the MDC furnished-3000 a proper quality, with fine neutral colors and a reasonable sharpness. By job recordings, the automatic witbalansregeling worked excellently. We noticed used source annoying noise in even color area as we the interpolatie. Because 2 megapixels are enough furrow print on the photograph size 10 x 15 cm, can you the interpolatie better behind let.
